Using adjectives before nouns

Things to remember
Sometimes we form an adjective like this:
Wind(n.)→_______(adj.) cloud(n.)______(adj.)
rain(n.)→_______(adj.) snow(n.)→_______(adj.)
But note the spelling change with:
sun(n.)→_______(adj.) fog(n.)→______(adj.)
Work out the rule
Sometimes we can turn a _______ into an _____ by adding-y to the word.

Using adjectives after the verb to be
Winter is cold.
Sometimes it is snowy.

important It is hard to answer these difficult questions.
