1.I've got a stomach ache and my head hurts.
我胃痛,頭也痛。
注意疾病的表達(dá)方式,以“我頭痛”為例,常見的表達(dá)方式有:
I have got a headache.
=My head hurts/aches.
=I have a pain in my head
注釋一:
ache、sore和hurt的區(qū)別:
ache是一個(gè)名詞后綴,如:toothache,headache,stomachache;
sore是一個(gè)形容詞,用來(lái)修飾名詞,指的是身體的某一個(gè)部位的酸痛。如:sore back,sore throat
hurt是一個(gè)動(dòng)詞,指“刺痛,使受傷痛”。如:
He hurts his leg.他傷了腿。還可以說(shuō)“His leg hurts.”他腿疼。
注釋二:
ache這個(gè)單詞本身就是一個(gè)單獨(dú)的單詞,表示“疼痛”的意思,與tooth、head等單詞組合在一起組成一個(gè)新的單詞,這就叫做復(fù)合名詞,發(fā)音為/eg/。
除此之外,我們以前還學(xué)過(guò)許多這樣的單詞,如:bedroom,Snowman,watermelon,eggplant,newspaper等等都是復(fù)合名詞。

注意冠詞的使用,這里使用定冠詞,表示“這就是問(wèn)題所在”,the problem指造成大明胃病的原因。如果用不定冠詞a,意思就相去甚遠(yuǎn)。

本句中exercise表示“鍛煉”,為不可數(shù)名詞,沒(méi)有復(fù)數(shù)形式。例如:
You should take more exercise.
你應(yīng)該多鍛煉。

每天要盡量做20分鐘的高強(qiáng)度鍛煉。
